Geneva – UN: here I come

Getting ready to travel to Geneva to attend the Regional Implementation Meeting (RIM) for Europe and North America as preparation for next year’s Commission on Sustainable Development session. Am expecting 3 long, long days (UN is good at those), but hope to get back into the habit of daily blogging, as I did in May, while at the UN.

It’ll be different this time though, since I’m representing the Baha’i International Community as one of three  Organising Partners of the Women Major Group. And that’ll also mean meeting the EU Presidency (as rep. of the Women Major Group) on Monday evening. Am looking forward to meeting my fellow organising partners Alexandra from ‘Women in Europe for a Common Future’ and Nana from ‘Voices of African Mothers’.

All I can say is: stay tuned…..
